Dick McCracken left banking to pursue his love of good food! He and his wife, Joan, are now sharing those culinary finds with others by bringing together traditionally cured and smoked meats from local small-batch producers, making Fumare a convenient one-stop destination. FUMARE offers a delicious variety of locally made hams, smoked sausages, bacons and other delights. Menu highlights include an old-fashioned, Montreal-style smoked meat (think pastrami) that is cured and naturally smoked, peppered and slow-cooked on the premises DAILY to a well-marbled tenderness. BREAKFAST IS SERVED! Open at 7:00 a.m., Fumare offers breakfast options with a variety of made-to- order egg sandwiches, freshly baked bagels & spreads, smoked Nova Lox or a traditional European baguette with butter & Danish bacon or ham. Ou la la! A full lunch menu is offered including homemade soups, sandwiches and sides. Sandwiches are available as early as 7 a.m. for a convenient meal on the go!
